SEGURIDAD
Security of your personal data

In my law firm, the security of your personal data as a client or user of my website is a top priority. I understand that trust begins long before a first meeting — it starts with how a person feels when visiting my website. That’s why I have designed this site based on a fundamental principle: you should be able to browse without worrying about who might see or store your information.
You will not find any contact forms or automated systems that collect data here. This decision is intentional: I prefer all communication to take place directly, whether by phone or email, so that I can maintain personal and secure control over every exchange.
Secure and encrypted connection
My entire website operates with a state-of-the-art SSL certificate, which encrypts the information shared between your browser and my server. You will notice the padlock icon next to the web address — it is the technical guarantee that your connection is private and secure. This level of protection prevents third parties from intercepting or tampering with the data transmitted over the network, even when you are simply browsing.
Good user security practices
To ensure maximum protection, I recommend that you do not send emails or messages over public or unknown Wi‑Fi networks (for example, in cafés, airports, or hotels). Whenever possible, use your own device’s mobile data network or a private, secure connection. Likewise, avoid using computers or phones that are not your own or that may be shared, as they could compromise the confidentiality of your communication.
Security of your personal data: no forms or unnecessary storage
The security of personal data also depends on minimizing risks. For that reason, I do not use online forms. I have preferred to reduce any possibility of unauthorized access or external storage to the bare minimum.
When you write or call me, I personally handle the information provided. I do not delegate to third parties or use automated data collection platforms.
Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
As a lawyer registered with the Illustrious Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB) and as a mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, I strictly apply the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights. You can consult the full text of the GDPR on the official European Union website.
Professional confidentiality
Beyond technical protection lies a legal and ethical duty: professional secrecy. All information entrusted to me by a client, by any means, is covered by the strictest confidentiality. In my professional practice, the careful handling of data is not just a rule — it is a matter of principle.
Transparency and personal responsibility
Unlike large platforms or firms with automated systems, there is only one person responsible for this website: myself. This means there are no intermediaries. If you have any questions about how your information is handled, you can contact me directly.
